About our fees…

At our clinic, fees are updated each January 1st to align with inflation and to accurately reflect the cost of providing comprehensive, medical eye care. Because we operate as an independent, non-dispensing optometric practice with no retail or corporate association, our services are sustained solely by the clinical care we provide.

This means our fees must support:

• Advanced diagnostic imaging and technology used to assess, detect, and monitor eye disease

• Longer, unrushed appointments that allow for a detailed evaluation of your vision and ocular health

• Follow-up doctor requested appointments such as repeat imaging, visual fields and pressure checks when medically necessary

• A patient-centred, unbiased approach, free from retail sales influence and corporate agendas

• Ongoing investment in equipment, medical standards, and continuing education

• Inclusive optometric services through our mobile clinic and subsidized exam fees for patients on income assistance and disability

While other clinics may offset exam fees through eyewear sales or corporate resources, our independent model ensures that every recommendation we make is based solely on your eye health.
