I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bryan Friedman. At my age, getting to appointments isn’t always easy, and I was a bit nervous going into it, but he immediately put me at ease.

He was kind, patient, and took the time to really explain things to me in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed, and he made sure all of my questions were answered before moving on. The exam itself was very thorough, honestly more detailed than any eye exam I can remember having.

What meant the most to me was how much care and respect he showed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was done properly. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients and the work he does.

This was the best eye care I’ve ever received, and I’m very grateful for it. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Bryan Friedman to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate care.

First time seeing this optometrist. Chose him because he doesn't sell glasses, which is huge relief of pressure. He was great. Just there to give a full service of almost 45 min with machines that give more in depth information. Learned new stuff about my eyes. Would recommend to anyone looking for someone who knows their stuff, actually gives you their time and attention, and isn't just there to try and get you to buy glasses afterward.

The receptionist was welcoming, lovely and professional! I must admit, health care has been a challenge for me since I have relocated to the Island . What a difference !! Dr. Friedmann is super professional, yet friendly and makes you feel heard ! Goes above and beyond with follow up! Best medical professional that I have met in Victoria !! Thank you for all of your help!

Dr. Friedmann was great. Very educated, caring, and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend. Office has beautiful artwork done by his wife which is an added bonus!

We are truly grateful to Dr. Bryan Friedmann for his exceptional kindness and care during our son’s recent eye injury. After our initial visit, the clinic was closed the next day due to a conference. But after I emailed with some concerns, doctor kindly opened the clinic at 5 PM — just to check on our son's eye. His compassion and dedication were truly heartwarming. He even followed up afterward to see how our son was doing. Thank you, Doctor, for going above and beyond — we deeply appreciate your care and support.

I went in Nervous. I journeyed with laughter and came out Joyful. Not much else to say. This man is brilliant, he cares and he is hilarious. Tri-fecto. Highly reccomended.....he is excatly where we need him to be, on our side.
